Cisco has increased its share in the enterprise videoconferencing equipment market to 45.6 percent in Q2 2015 from 42.6 percent in Q1 2015, according to IDC.
The enterprise networking company’s videoconferencing revenue rose 12 percent quarter over quarter and 24.9 percent year over year.

# North America revenue rose 15.4 percent q-o-q and 6.5 percent y-o-y
# EMEA revenue grew 2.1 percent q-o-q and 9.0 percent y-o-y
# Asia Pacific revenue increased 1.7 percent q-o-q and 3.8 percent y-o-y
# Latin America revenue fell 24.9 percent q-o-q and 19.7 percent y-o-y
Videoconferencing equipment share of Polycom fell to 24.7 percent from 25.4 percent. Polycom’s revenue in videoconferencing space increased 2 percent quarter over quarter, but fell 14.1 percent year over year.
Share of Huawei dropped to 10 percent in the enterprise videoconferencing market from 11 percent in Q1 2015. Huawei’s quarter-over-quarter revenue dipped 4.8 percent, but increased 15.0 percent year over year.
IDC said enterprise video equipment market revenue increased to $507 million in Q2 2015 from $484 million in Q1 2015. The number of videoconferencing units increased 7.4 percent quarter over quarter and 21 percent year over year.
