HomeShop18 launches India’s first virtual shopping wall at IGI Airport

Infotech Lead India: Virtual retailer HomeShop18 in association with Delhi International Airport (DIAL) has introduced a cutting edge Virtual Shopping Wall named ‘Scan N Shop’. This Virtual Wall offers premium merchandise to consumers at Terminal 3 (T3) domestic side of New Delhi’s-IGI Airport (IGIA).
Aimed at around 45000 passengers who depart daily from T3 of IGIA, each having an average of 60 minutes at hand before boarding a flight, HomeShop18’s virtual shopping wall offers the passengers a new and innovative shopping experience. They will be able to view a range of products like consumer electronics, mobiles, tablets, clothing, accessories, fashion jewelery, perfumes, etc. on dynamic screens.
Scan N Shop flyers will be able to order by simply scanning the QR code displayed against each item or over the phone at the call center. Cash on delivery payment method has been provided to drive trials and mobile payments will soon follow.
