Residential, SMB and Small Office Home Office (SOHO) segment respectively is our target segment. This is the segment as per our research that is most under-served and lacks any qualitative intervention by a service provider, until eTechies.in got introduced in April 2010.

We strongly believe that by etechies.in intervention, the adoption and usage of computing devices will be further encouraged and the users will be able to effectively derive far better productivity from their computing devices.

eTechies.in service is available to users across Delhi/NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and shortly arriving in other cities in India. With the significant growth in PC, Tablets and smartphones sales, services & repair component in India it is estimated to be anything over $10 billion industry. We have so far grown at a very healthy rate.   1. Complete Scam – Fraud Company (very unprofessional )

    4 weeks before my iMac crashed, I came to know about etechies.in and contacted
    them.

    The guy who i contacted me gave half hour lecture about the company. So I told
    him to send a technical guy to check my system. The guy came and checked and
    told immediately that the hard drive is not working and need to take the system
    to the Etechies lab.

    They told me it will take 7-10 working days to get me back the system. After
    10days I started calling and asking them what was the status of my system,
    every time I call them someone will say they will call me back and which they
    never did till now.

    Finally when after 15days when I asked to return back my system and repay the
    amount which I paid, they told me the hard drive is not working. This is what
    the guy who came to see my system told me in 15 minutes and these lab guys took
    15days to tell me that, and they are telling they can’t repay the amount I paid
    fully.

    I had to go to their lab to collect my iMac and found that the lab does not
    belong to etechies.in, my IMac was in two parts (Photos Attached) to collect.

    I have emailed and messages to all the senior persons (Co-Founder & CTO,
    Senior Manager, and CEO) in etechies.in no one is bother to look into my issue.
    The Etechies is runned and managed by 3rd class people you can ever come across
    in the world.

  2. Yours is a case which is common with several companies in India. The professionalism they claim exists only till they sign the customer. Sadly, customers are left with no option but bear with the inconvenience thanks to the consumer laws in India.
