Polycom has hired Juniper Networks executive Geoff Thomas as its president for the Asia Pacific region.
Thomas is responsible for leading the Polycom’s regional sales strategy and execution to drive customer success, brand affinity and profitable growth.
At Juniper Networks, Thomas was vice president Enterprise Sales Asia Pacific.
In addition to Juniper Networks, Thomas had worked with Microsoft in several leadership roles, which included business development in emerging markets.
Thomas has led large teams spanning several geographies, including Australia, the United States, and Greater China. His expertise lies in strategic partnerships, channels, solutions selling, and go-to-market strategy across multiple business verticals.
At Juniper Networks, Geoff led the company’s enterprise business across all markets in Asia Pacific, namely Australia and New Zealand, Greater China, India, South East Asia, Japan, and Korea and achieved over $300 million revenue, while implementing enterprise strategy across all APAC markets.
