At Juniper Networks, Lam was tasked with driving thought leadership and large customer engagements for Juniper’s data center solution—spanning routing, switching, and security—across Asia Pacific.

Prior to Juniper Networks, Lam was an advisory sales specialist at IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) for network infrastructure and data center solutions. He also held various senior technical positions at Intel and Novell.

Brocade said Sia will report to Adam Judd, Brocade vice president for APAC.

Sia was most recently the country director for Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines and Indo-China at Juniper Networks.

The networking vendor said Sia will be responsible for charting its strategic direction and growth for the region, and driving customer adoption of Brocade Ethernet fabric and software networking solutions.
