Essar group firm and ICT solutions provider AGC Networks today said it has appointed Anil Nair as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from June 16.
Nair joins AGC Networks from Securitas India, where he was serving as President and CEO, AGC Networks said in a statement.
He will report to the Board of Directors of AGC Networks, it added.
Nair, who worked for Aegis Consulting from August 2011 to June 2012, played an important role in winning contracts in healthcare, automotive, retail, airline and manufacturing verticals in India, US and the Middle East.
Prior to that, in his earlier tenure with AGC Networks Ltd (then known as Avaya Global Connect) as Managing Director, he was responsible for AGC’s enterprise communication business that includes IP telephony, contact centers, unified communications and networking.
