KSRTC faces crisis as software firm stops IT services

KSTRC bus technology
A Bangalore-based software company has stopped its IT services to Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) due to non-payment of its fees.

The ailing KSRTC needs to pay around Rs 2.5 crore to the software company which supports the state-run transport organization for its IT operations.

Since the software company stopped its services today demanding at least Rs 50 lakh towards pending fee, some of the depots of KSRTC faced issues. Since ticket machines have stopped working, KSRTC conductors could not work seamlessly.
