Simpl, Klub to enable easy credit access for D2C ecosystem

Simpl KlubSimpl, a provider of checkout platforms, has partnered with Klub,  a Revenue Based Financing platform, to provide credit access to Direct-to-Customer (D2C) merchants and help them meet their working capital needs.

This partnership aims to enable affordable credit access to merchants with flexible terms, completely in a digital format.

Simpl’s Booster Package for partner merchants now includes capital-as-a-service to tackle a significant challenge faced by D2C merchants undergoing hyper-growth.

The partnership expands Simpl’s Booster Package, which provides exclusive access to various D2C enablers such as brand building, credit access, digital marketing, and e-commerce consulting to boost business.

The Indian e-commerce industry has experienced rapid digitization due to the pandemic, with at least 50 million new users added to the platforms in the last two years. By 2025, India is expected to have 1.1 billion internet users, with 30 percent engaging in online shopping, creating a significant opportunity for D2C merchants.

According to the “Beyond E-commerce 3.0” report by Kalaari Capital, D2C merchants are expected to generate $50 billion in sales by 2025, making it essential to support them on multiple fronts, including credit access, discoverability, and seamless payments.  Simpl aims to be at the forefront of this change.
