Commerce Cloud uses the power of Customer 360 to deliver automated, intelligent, and real-time personalized experiences while enhancing productivity and efficiency.
The new Einstein GPT for Commerce combines Salesforce’s proprietary AI models with generative AI technology and real-time data from the Salesforce Data Cloud to automate and customize Commerce Cloud recommendations.
The platform also features a new page designer for Composable Storefront, enabling merchants to build headless commerce experiences with less cost and complexity.
Salesforce partners can also leverage Composable Storefront accelerators, integrations, and pricing to create personalized promotional offers for customers via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. The new set of guidelines is aimed at ensuring the responsible development and implementation of generative AI.
