Flipkart to buy online travel technology company Cleartrip

Walmart-owned Flipkart has decided to acquire Cleartrip, an online travel technology company.
Cleartrip will continue to operate as a separate brand, retaining all employees while working with Flipkart to develop technology solutions to make travel simple for customers.
