Flipkart and Amazon cut advertising spending on Google

Google Internet ChinaFlipkart and Amazon, leading online retailers in India, have slashed advertising spending on Google, ahead of the e-commerce launch by the global search platform, by more than 30 percent, The Mint reported. Flipkart, the number one e-commerce company, has also called off talks to raise fresh capital from Google.
