Infotech Lead India: Transcend Information said its USB flash drives – the USB 3.0 JetFlash 760 and Ultra Speed JetFlash 600 – are now available in new 128GB capacities.
The new 64GB and 128GB JetFlash 760 are available for $89 and $199 respectively, while the 128GB JetFlash 600 is available for $179.
In 128GB capacity, Transcend’s JetFlash 760 and JetFlash 600 allow users to store and carry many more personal files, music, digital photos, and full-length movies.
Each 128GB flash drive can hold more than 60,000 images (jpg compression, 2MB file size), 32,000+ mp3 songs (4min per song, 128Kbps quality), or over 56 hours of DVD quality video (2.25GB per hour).
Transcend said the JetFlash 760 and JetFlash 600 provide super-fast data transfers and compact mobile convenience.
Moreover, the JetFlash 760 utilizes next-generation USB 3.0 technology to provide transfer speeds of up to 80MB/s, and features a handy, retractable USB connector, striking a well-executed balance between performance and ease-of-use.
Thanks to its use of advanced dual-channel technology that combines the bandwidth of two flash chips, the JetFlash 600 provides USB 2.0 transfer speeds of up to 32MB/s and features a lightweight, streamlined design.

The JetFlash 760 and JetFlash 600 are now offered in 4GB to 128GB capacities.
