Plantronics brings Bluetooth stereo headset Voyager Focus UC

Plantronics has launched Voyager Focus UC and two new versions of its entry-level Blackwire 315 and 325 corded headsets.

Plantronics has unveiled Voyager Focus UC to reduce noise and distraction in open, collaborative and remote workspaces.

Voyager Focus UC is the industry’s first wireless Bluetooth stereo headset with active noise-cancellation (ANC) technology using which enterprise workers can eliminate background noise on calls or during focus time.

The new handset includes intuitive smart sensor technology, audio alerts and wideband audio and hi-fi stereo sound for an outstanding calling or music experience.

The company said users can reduce the volume of high frequency noises like office sounds and voices and low frequency sounds like air conditioners, are reduced through ANC.

Also, three precisely-tuned microphones and noise-canceling algorithms reduce noise caused by keyboard clatter, close-talkers and movement.

Additionally, Voyager Focus UC delivers up to 150 feet of wireless range while preserving battery life and has a Dynamic Mute Alert technology.

Voyager Focus UC will be available in the US in mid-July with a MSRP of $299.95.

Plantronics has also launched two new versions of its entry-level Blackwire 315 and 325 corded headsets.

The new solutions feature both USB and 3.5mm connectivity options for individuals using a PC, smartphone, tablet or all three, for business communications.

According to the company, new version of Blackwire headsets enable quick switching between PCs, mobile phones and tablets and provides design and comfort, audio quality and price-performance.

The company said Plantronics Blackwire family is designed for dynamic work environments and provides superior, immersive audio with the latest noise-canceling technology for earphones and microphones, stereo or monaural sound, strong and lightweight headbands.

The updated Blackwire 315 and 325 headsets will be available in mid-July.
