Plantronics appoints Faxtel as national distributor for Bluetooth headsets

Plantronics India has appointed Faxtel Systems as the national distributor for its range of Bluetooth headsets.

Plantronics aims to create a channel strategy with consistent programs to expand its presence across different cities in India whose ultimate goal is to create a continued association with channel partners who are providing solutions to customers.

“This partnership with Faxtel Systems fits very well into Plantronics’ strategy of catering to existing market demand across Large Format Retails (LFR) and increasing e-retailing,” said Susan Hansen, vice president Asia Pacific Sales and Marketing, Plantronics.

India has the fastest growing professional audio-visual market in the Asia-Pacific region, with a CAGR of 25 percent, according to market researcher Infocom.

“Plantronics aims to delight its customers through an unrelenting choice for product, design and technology innovations. Together, we will focus on addressing the consumer demands and delivering an innovative and seamless experience to all users,” said Thomas Abraham, managing director, Faxtel Systems India.

Plantronics’ existing consumer channel network in India includes Rashi Peripherals.
