Panasonic India aims big in SOHO/SMB segment with new IP PBX model KX-NS300

Panasonic India has unveiled the new IP-PBX model, KX-NS300 with built-in ACD and in-Skin Voice mail and UC.

With IP penetration gaining a foothold in 2-100 extension segment, the solution helps Panasonic ride the bandwagon. With this IP-PBX model designed for the SOHO and SMBs, Panasonic is looking to increase its share in this sector from an existing 12 percent to almost 22 percent.

Other than the SMB/SOHO segment, Panasonic targets verticals such as Hospitality, BFSI, Real Estate and Helpdesk.

The new IP PBX with inbuilt ACD provides basic call center function to host a helpdesk.

The program was aimed at introducing partners to the Panasonic HD visual communication solution business, discuss product USPs, explain new business opportunities with Panasonic HDVC system, and provide commercial offer for current financial year.
