“The Middle East is a strategic market for us,” said Brady O. Bruce, vice president of Marketing and Strategic Alliances at Jupiter Systems. “Countries in the region are investing heavily in defense, transportation, utilities, ports and airports, healthcare and education.”

Jupiter products are being used in critical transportation, telecom, law enforcement, government, military, petroleum, and health care installations in the Middle East region.

Jupiter said its Canvas is a new multipoint collaborative visualization solution that allows users to share video streams and collaborate across the enterprise no matter where they are located. Users can access content wherever and whenever it is needed, including on display walls, PCs, and tablets. With Canvas, participants across the world can annotate directly on live video and work on shared whiteboards.

Jupiter also announced that 2012 marks successful year of partnership with Kuwait TechNet Company (KTC). KTC’s recent installations that include Jupiter’s products can be found at the Kuwait Finance House (KFH), a global Islamic bank, and Al-Sabah Hospital, the country’s oldest and largest medical center.

Al-Sabah Hospital is Kuwait’s largest medical center and oversees some 14 hospitals, clinics and departments known as the Al-Sabah Hospitals Area. Two Jupiter PixelNet distributed display wall systems were recently installed at the facility to monitor and administer data networking for the entire hospital complex. New construction is currently underway that will enable the center to provide state-of-the-art medical services.

“KTC is proud to celebrate its partnership with Jupiter Systems as one of its leading resellers and integrators in the Middle East,” said Morsy Saadeh, Executive Manager, Kuwait TechNet Company. “We believe that our years of experience designing and integrating advanced visualization solutions, combined with Jupiter’s industry leading display wall processors, provide powerful advantages to our customers.”
