Intel outlines 5 reasons enterprises should adopt Intel-powered Copilot+ PCs

Intel has highlighted five major advantages of deploying Intel-powered Copilot+ PCs, positioning the new generation of AI-enabled PCs as a key platform for enterprise productivity, security, and collaboration.

Intel reveals benefits of AI PCs

Powered by Intel Core Ultra 200V processors and integrated with AI capabilities from Microsoft Copilot by Microsoft, these devices are designed to deliver powerful on-device artificial intelligence processing, improved security, and longer battery life for modern workplaces.

Intel says Copilot+ PCs help organizations equip employees with advanced tools that enhance efficiency while supporting hybrid and mobile work environments. The total size of the global PC market was 278.87 million in terms of annual PC shipments in 2025, Omdia report said earlier. The PC market will shrink 12 percent in 2026 to reach 245.34 million. Omdia report did not reveal the size of the AI PC market in 2025 and 2026.

Advanced protection against AI-driven cyberattacks

Intel-powered Copilot+ PCs deliver enhanced protection against AI-driven threats through a combination of silicon-based security and advanced operating system protections.

By integrating security directly into the hardware layer alongside powerful Windows security capabilities, Intel aims to offer strong protection against evolving cyber threats. This hardware-based approach strengthens endpoint security and helps enterprises defend against increasingly sophisticated AI-powered attacks.

High AI performance with up to 120 platform TOPS

Intel emphasizes that Copilot+ PCs deliver strong AI performance across a wide range of applications. Systems powered by Intel Core Ultra 200V processors can provide up to 120 platform TOPS (tera operations per second), enabling fast processing of AI workloads directly on the device.

Local AI processing allows employees to run AI-driven applications without relying solely on cloud connectivity. This improves responsiveness, reduces latency, and allows teams to continue working with AI-powered tools even while offline.

The platform also benefits from a growing ecosystem, with more than 100 independent software vendors (ISVs) co-developing AI applications and features optimized for Intel platforms.

Real-time meeting translations for global teams

Copilot+ PCs also enhance collaboration through AI-powered meeting tools. Employees can seamlessly follow meetings or recordings using Live Captions and translation features.

These capabilities allow real-time translation of conversations from more than 40 languages into English, enabling smoother communication across multinational teams and improving accessibility during virtual meetings.

Faster access to files and information with Recall

Intel highlights another productivity feature available on Copilot+ PCs: faster access to documents and information through the Recall capability, currently in preview.

Recall allows users to find files, emails, and web pages by simply describing what they are looking for in natural language. The system uses AI to identify relevant content, helping employees retrieve information quickly without manually searching through folders or messages.

This feature can significantly reduce time spent searching for information and streamline daily workflows.

All-day battery life for mobile productivity

Battery efficiency is another key advantage of Intel-powered Copilot+ PCs. Devices equipped with Intel Core Ultra processors can deliver up to 20.3 hours of battery life, depending on configuration.

This extended battery life enables employees to work throughout the day without frequent charging, making the devices suitable for travel, hybrid work setups, and remote productivity.

Driving the next wave of AI PCs

Intel’s promotion of Copilot+ PCs reflects the broader transition toward AI-enabled personal computing. Enterprises are increasingly adopting devices capable of running AI workloads locally to improve productivity, reduce dependence on cloud processing, and enhance data privacy.

By combining strong AI performance, enterprise-grade security, intelligent collaboration features, and long battery life, Intel believes Copilot+ PCs can accelerate the adoption of AI-powered computing across businesses worldwide.
