Infotech Lead India: Epson has launched three new printer models in India.
The new range is part of Epson’s mid-term growth strategy to 2015.
Epson has priced the new printers at Rs 155,099 for T3070; Rs 233,599 for T5070 and Rs 271,299 for T7070.
The Epson SureColor T series is the company’s first printer series that is designed for technical / Computer Aided Design (CAD) printing. The printers in the series have identical features that have been optimized for technical printing needs, and come in a 24-inch, 36-inch or 44-inch wide format, allowing users to choose the ideal size for their requirements and budget.
“These printers mark our entry into the highly specialized technical/CAD segments and I’m happy to say that they will define the industry standard straight away. We bring our expertise and reputation, established in the Photo and Signage segments, now to the CAD segment and promise our customers the same outstanding quality and value with these printers,” said Samba Moorthy, director – Sales & Marketing at Epson India.
Epson expects that this segment will contribute significantly to its Commercial & Industrial Printing division’s turnover in the future.
