BenQ India unveils Eye Care monitors in Rs 6,900 to Rs 25,000 price range

BenQ India has launched its Eye Care series of monitors in Rs 6,900 to Rs 25,000 price range.

BenQ Eye care monitors — consists of EW2440L, EW2740L, GW2760HS, VL2040AZ   for home and entertainment purpose — are priced at Rs 18,000, Rs 25,000, Rs  21,000 and Rs 6,900 respectively in India.

The launch of new monitors is happening at a time when National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH, US) Statistics suggesting that more than 90 percent of the people are suffering from Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) spending 3 or more hours on computer screen in a single stretch.

BenQ have eliminated flicker from their monitors and have included different modes which cut glare and significantly reduce blue LED light emissions which have shown to be detrimental to the eye.
