ASUS has unveiled the ASUS NovaGo (TP370), an ultrathin light convertible laptop powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Mobile PC platform and Windows 10.
Unveiled at the second annual Snapdragon Technology Summit in Maui, NovaGo is the world’s first Gigabit LTE-capable laptop designed for truly connected mobility, CEO Jerry Shen said.

The laptop also features a Gigabit Snapdragon X16 LTE modem delivering download speeds exceeding that of typical home Wi-Fi. It has up to a 22-hour battery life with over 30 days of modern standby, and a built-in eSIM that ensures seamless connectivity across borders.
Shen addes, “ASUS NovaGo reinvents the concept of laptop connectivity and productivity — it’s the world’s first laptop that is connected anywhere, at any time, with the new Gigabit LTE network; and lasts up to 22 hours on a single charge for beyond all-day battery life.”
NovaGo is designed to meet the always connected possibilities offered by the Snapdragon 835 Mobile PC platform.
“Qualcomm Technologies has worked closely with ASUS to usher in a new era of personal computing with the Always Connected Windows on Snapdragon PCs,” said Cristiano Amon, executive vice president, and president, Qualcomm CDMA Technologies. “The result of this work is ASUS NovaGo, unveiled today, a convertible laptop with leading Gigabit LTE connectivity and battery life that revolutionizes what the personal PC can be for consumers.”
Terry Myerson, executive vice president, Microsoft, Windows and Devices Group, said, “ASUS NovaGo is a full Windows 10 PC, instantly on, always connected, with a week of battery life. With a thin, elegant design and Gigabit LTE, NovaGo is reimagining what a PC can be and we can’t wait to see what customers will create with them.”
NovaGo is equipped with up to 8GB memory, 256GB of Universal Flash Storage 2.0 (UFS 2.0), two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports, and HDMI. UFS 2.0 is a new breakthrough in flash storage with speeds of up to 1400Mbps, surpassing that of SSD and eMMC storage.
Thanks to the fanless design and the small 10nm Snapdragon 835, the13.3-inch device weighs just 1.39kg with an incredibly thin 14.9mm profile. The ultrathin 8.9mm bezel enables it to fit into a much smaller frame than a standard 13.3-inch model.
ASUS has also partnered with Sprint, Verizon, TIM, China Telecom and Chunghwa Telecom as well as ongoing discussions with other service providers to build the complete ecosystem. ASUS NovaGo will first be sold in the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany, mainland China, and Taiwan.
The 4GB RAM/64GB UFS 2.0 will be available for $599 and the 8GB RAM/256GB UFS 2.0 configuration will be available for $799.
