Apple iPad powers online MBA by Lynn and ACD

Lynn University and American College Dublin (ACD) together will offer Apple iPad powered online MBA degree to students in Dublin.

With the new program, students will have flexibility to learn online in addition to taking class at ACD’s campus. MBA students can also earn internship credits for the projects they have completed at their own companies.
iTunes U will deliver online classes to the students with affordable ebooks and applications that enable interpersonal interaction between students and faculty members.

Lynn campus has this technology from the last two years which improve student engagement and reduce the cost of traditional textbooks by up to 95 percent.

Additionally, the new MBA program can be completed in just one year. The mobile technology also helps in saving costs for textbokks and tuition rates.

“Students at American College Dublin will now have mobile access to Lynn’s MBA curriculum, which includes interactive course materials, videos and other rich content,” said Gregg Cox, Lynn vice president for academic affairs.

“Online learning combined with on-the-ground experience is a powerful combination that will help students quickly and effectively gain the skills they need to advance their careers and achieve their future aspirations,” said Donald E. Ross, ACD president.
