Stream to set up data center campus in Arizona

Stream Data Centers announced it will set up its data center campus in Goodyear, Arizona targeting hyperscale and enterprise customers in the Greater Phoenix region.

Stream will redevelop the existing facility. The new 418,000-square-foot facility on 157 acres of land in Goodyear, Arizona will have 50 MW of critical load. The new campus will be operational for customers in the first quarter of 2020.

Stream has acquired and developed over 2.5 million square feet of data center space nationally, representing more than 250 megawatts of power.

The entire campus can support approximately 2 million square feet.  Stream will dedicate land for an onsite substation to be constructed by Arizona Public Service Electric Company (APS) with ultimate power capacity of 350 MW, Robert Kennedy, co-managing partner of Stream Data Centers, said.
