ManageEngine opens two data centers in Europe

ManageEngine technlogyManageEngine, an IT management company, announced the opening of its two data centers in the EU — one in Amsterdam, Netherlands and another in Dublin, Ireland.

These two ISO 27001-certified data centers will assist enterprises to move operations to the cloud while meeting the data privacy and security standards of the EU.

The new ManageEngine data centers are certified Service Organization Controls (SOC) Type II and reinforce the company’s efforts to facilitate cloud adoption by IT teams in the EU.

“Our on-premises apps maintain the highest degree of data privacy and regulatory compliance. With our new EU data centers, we’ve set the same standard for our cloud apps and eliminated the privacy barrier to adopting our cloud-based IT management solutions,” said Rajesh Ganesan, director of Product Management at ManageEngine.

The company announced the availability of ServiceDesk Plus, its ITSM product, from its data centers in EU. Accessible at sdpondemand.manageengine.eu, the service desk app is available in 12 major European languages.

The technology company will offer Mobile Device Manager Plus, an enterprise mobility management software, from the EU data centers in February 2017. The company will offer Mobile Device Manager Plus service in 13 European languages supporting iOS, Android and Windows operating systems.
