Iron Mountain has opened its new information management facility in Wichita at 3144 N Ohio St.
The 22,000 square foot facility has a storage capacity of 350,000 records storage boxes and will serve the Wichita south Central Kansas business community.
The new facility joins Iron Mountain’s underground and above ground facilities in Kansas City, the recently acquired Stacks Secure Records in Topeka, Kansas (as well as the company’s 1,400-plus facilities worldwide) in providing services for records storage, data management, data centers, secure shredding and document imaging.
“We chose Wichita due to the combination of local existing Iron Mountain customers and the opportunity to grow our presence in Kansas,” said Jim Dodson, senior vice president and general manager, Records Management, Iron Mountain.
