Infotech Lead America: Data Dimensions, a business process automation company, plans to open a new 30,000-square-foot operations center in Lyons Business and Technology Park that will house a state-of-the-art Tier II data center. The new project is scheduled to be completed and operational in November 2013.
The new operations center will create more job opportunities and it is expected that the company will recruit more than double its current workforce. Data Dimensions has already added more than 53 full time positions to its Clinton staff since 2012, to handle increased workload after the company received several substantial contracts.
The new operations center will cover over five acres in the business park, that is nearly twice the size of their current Clinton facility. The company has been contributing to the economic growth of the Clinton community since 1988. With a population of just over just over 26,000 people, the new facility will boost the local economy by millions annually.
This year Data Dimensions reported record sales year for its enterprise outsourcing solutions, driven by the increased demand of customers for more intelligent document workflow processes to speed up business outcomes. The new facility will enable the company to accommodate significant new business awarded while supporting future growth.

Automation tools used to form a small part of the BPM market, but as automation tools themselves become less expensive and more powerful, they are emerging as their own market as Business Process Automation (BPA).
Last year, Data Dimensions acquired Data Exchange Center, located in Brown Deer, WI to expand their client base and increase their service offerings in the BPA marketplace.
Earlier this year Direct Insite, provider of cloud-based e-invoicing solutions , partnered with Data Dimensions Corp for mailroom, scanning and data capture.
