The company sells its products through a North American wholesale customer network of approximately 35,000 store locations.

The Yankee Candle Company was in search for a retailing solution that offers retail point of sale, CRM, order management, sales audit, and loss prevention functionality.
It leverages Aptos solutions in the cloud including, Aptos Store (for Point of Sale), Aptos Sales Audit, Aptos CRM, Aptos Loss Prevention and Aptos Enterprise Order Management.
Aptos said all solutions will be deployed in the cloud and these solutions will enable the retailer better engage customers with personalized, efficient and empowered interactions.
