Veeam Software announced the Availability Platform for the Hybrid Cloud, a game-changer for the company.
The Baar, Switzerland-based company conveyed that the platform provides businesses and enterprises of all sizes with enterprise continuity, workload mobility, compliance and visibility.
“Veeam Availability Platform for the Hybrid Cloud represents an inflection point for Veeam,” said Peter McKay, President and COO at Veeam.
“In today’s digital world, we know that nothing less than 24.7.365 access to data and applications is acceptable, and as enterprises embrace new technologies to deliver what their users demand, Veeam has yet again risen to the challenge, McKay added.
According to IDC, most organizations around the world will need to complete the shift to a predominantly cloud-based IT environment.
Veeam says this situation places a huge pressure on availability tools to deliver a constant experience across multiple environments.
It says more than 200,000 Veeam customers have embraced availability solutions over the past 10 years. The company, founded in 2006, expects the platform to strengthen its position in the market.
Veeam also informed the additional primary storage integration with the IBM Storwize family and IBM SVC platform with Veeam Availability Suite v10.
