Sixt Rent a Car selects cloud service provider Nordic TeleCom to enhance customer service

Infotech Lead Europe: Sixt Rent a Car has selected the Finnish cloud service provider Nordic TeleCom to enhance its customer service in Finland.

With Nordic TeleCom’s cloud based communication service Sixt now gets comprehensive and real-time reports and statistics of all the call traffic. The new service also enables the monitoring of all the overflowing traffic and missed calls.

If a call can’t be answered within a reasonable time during the rush hour, the customer gets a voice message telling that the call has been registered and someone from the customer service will call back in less than 20 minutes.

“We started with Nordic TeleCom’s Overflow Service just in time before the busiest summer season. The implementation was extremely easy and it didn’t require any installations. Nordic TeleCom’s solution is enhancing our customer service and boosting our sales in all the more than 40 service stations in Finland,” said Seppo Sariola, managing director of Sixt Finland.
Sixt is one of the largest car rental providers in Europe. Together with local licensees and partners, Sixt is available to its customers at more than 4,000 service stations worldwide. In Finland Sixt operates in more than 40 locations.
