Voxbone announced that ShoreTel, the provider of simple unified communications (UC) solutions and phone systems, relies on Voxbone’s virtual local phone numbers to boost its customer reach.

Voxbone provides virtual local phone numbers, often referred to as DID number.

ShoreTel Connect CLOUD is a fully hosted and managed end-to-end UCaaS solution with a collaboration experience. By integrating Voxbone’s direct inward dialing (DID) numbers, enterprises in North America using ShoreTel’s cloud PBX service benefit from Voxbone’s carrier-grade network and global coverage.

“When you evaluate third-party providers, you need to have confidence that they will provide the same level of support and quality you’ve promised your customers. With Voxbone’s reputation, that’s not even a concern,” said Brian Sullivan, associate vice president of infrastructure engineering at ShoreTel.
