Sequoia deploys Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to transform business

Sequoia Financial Group has deployed Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to transform the client experience, strengthen its relationships and grow its business.
Salesforce CloudSalesforce Financial Services Cloud enables its advisors to access wealth information for the client, household and extended relationship network in one place.

IT department at Sequoia Financial Group has integrated the cloud platform from the CRM company with wealth management technology partners across accounting, portfolio management and more, to ensure that their advisors can provide more personalized client services.

“With Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, we are able to deliver personalized services and make more informed decisions, increasing the productivity of our team and helping clients in their effort to achieve their financial goals,” Trevor Chuna, vice president, Wealth Planning & Operations, Sequoia Financial Group, said.

Financial Services Cloud from Salesforce allows business decision makers at Sequoia to map relationship networks, manage multiple clients and households across private, institutional and corporate customers.

This apart, Financial Service Cloud – powered by powered by Salesforce Einstein — can apply AI to surface new client insights, offer intelligent recommendations and automate advisor touch points.

Sequoia Financial Group is also planning to leverage integrations with wealth partners on the Salesforce AppExchange, including AccountingSeed, Envestnet | Tamarac, and Xactly, among others.
