Business software supplier SAP announced the appointment of Kulmeet Bawa as president and managing director for SAP India.
Kulmeet Bawa will be replacing Deb Deep Sengupta, current SAP India MD. SAP will reveal the next position of Deb Deep Sengupta, a SAP veteran of two decades, shortly.
Kulmeet Bawa will be responsible for driving and delivering an exceptional SAP experience for employees and customers across ecosystem, as well as guide businesses in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Kulmeet Bawa, based in Gurgaon, will report directly to Scott Russell, president of SAP Asia Pacific Japan (APJ).
Most recently, Kulmeet Bawa was the chief operating officer for Resulticks where he led the growth strategy and execution of go-to-market for the organization.
He was with Adobe leading the India and South Asia market.
Prior to Adobe, he was with Microsoft and Sun Microsystems, managing enterprise strategies across industries and portfolios.
