Salesforce expects its annual revenue to surpass $60 billion by 2030, as it accelerates the rollout of AI-powered solutions across its cloud services.

The forecast, announced at the company’s Dreamforce event, excludes the impact of Salesforce’s planned $8 billion acquisition of Informatica, aimed at strengthening its data integration and governance capabilities.
Salesforce shares rose nearly 4 percent in after-hours trading following the announcement, though the stock remains down 29 percent year-to-date, Reuters news report said. The company’s AI-first strategy is reshaping its enterprise software ecosystem, driven by its flagship Agentforce 360 platform, which automates workflows, boosts productivity, and enhances customer engagement across industries.
Salesforce’s AI Expansion and Revenue Ambitions
Salesforce’s 2030 forecast reflects growing investor expectations for cloud providers to generate tangible returns on massive AI investments. Despite a challenging macroeconomic environment and slower enterprise spending, Salesforce is betting on agentic AI — systems capable of autonomous task execution — to drive sustained growth.
Salesforce’s Agentforce AI platform helps organizations automate complex business processes, integrate real-time data, and deploy AI assistants across sales, marketing, and service functions. Salesforce said Agentforce 360 will soon be available globally across all its cloud tools, reinforcing its goal of becoming the leading AI-driven enterprise platform.
Strengthening AI Ecosystem Through Strategic Partnerships
Salesforce has forged key partnerships with OpenAI, Stripe, and Anthropic to deliver next-generation AI experiences for enterprises and consumers. These alliances integrate frontier AI models—including OpenAI’s GPT-5, Stripe’s secure commerce infrastructure, and Anthropic’s Claude models—into Salesforce’s Agentforce 360 platform.
OpenAI Partnership:
The integration of Agentforce 360 with ChatGPT allows employees to query sales records, analyze customer interactions, and create Tableau visualizations using natural language prompts. Businesses can build and deploy AI agents directly within Salesforce and engage with millions of potential customers in ChatGPT—all while maintaining full control over their data and workflows. Integration with Slack, which processes over 5 billion weekly messages, further enables real-time insights and collaboration.
Stripe Integration:
Through Agentforce Commerce and the Agentic Commerce Protocol, Salesforce and Stripe are enabling AI-powered shopping experiences. Retailers can guide customers from discovery to checkout, manage payments securely, and personalize offers at scale. According to Salesforce research, nearly 50 percent of shoppers are open to AI agents making purchases on their behalf, underscoring the transformative potential of AI in retail.
Anthropic Collaboration:
For highly regulated sectors, Salesforce’s integration of Claude AI models brings secure and compliant workflows to industries like finance, healthcare, and cybersecurity. Claude Code, Anthropic’s AI coding agent, accelerates development while ensuring transparency and control. Leading enterprises such as CrowdStrike and RBC Wealth Management are already using Claude to enhance compliance, automate reporting, and streamline decision-making.
Real-World Impact: Williams-Sonoma’s AI-Driven Customer Experience
Retailer Williams-Sonoma is among the early adopters deploying Agentforce 360 across brands like Pottery Barn and West Elm. Its AI assistant “Olive” serves as a virtual sous chef—creating menus, recommending products, and personalizing shopping lists based on customer preferences. Salesforce says AI agents could handle more than 60 percent of chat inquiries, boosting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The Rise of the Agentic Enterprise
Salesforce’s expanding AI strategy marks a significant step toward what it calls the “Agentic Enterprise”—where AI agents, data systems, and commerce platforms operate seamlessly to automate processes and deliver personalized experiences. By integrating AI across ChatGPT, Slack, and its cloud ecosystem, Salesforce aims to redefine enterprise productivity, improve revenue performance, and strengthen customer loyalty.
With over $60 billion in projected revenue by 2030, Salesforce is positioning itself at the forefront of the AI-driven enterprise transformation, turning data, intelligence, and automation into long-term growth engines.
