Salesforce Commerce Cloud powers YETI’s digital shopping

CRM company Salesforce announced that YETI, a premium outdoor brand based in Austin, Texas, has launched a new digital shopping experience built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

YETI used Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud to manage its B2C and B2B customer relationships at scale.

YETI, as part of its decision for managing the entire customer lifecycle on the global CRM platform, has engaged OSF Commerce to implement patent pending OSF UnifyCOMMERCE, connecting Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud to provide better customer service and digital shopping experiences, on any device, to customers.

YETI.com shoppers will benefit from Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Einstein artificial intelligence and will now receive unique content, campaigns, offers and recommendations based on information such as past purchases, geographic regions and even their favorite outdoor adventures.

Jeff Barnett, CEO of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, said that YETI is able to expand while also ensuring that every customer interaction by using Salesforce to provide its commerce on the same platform as sales, service and marketing.
