Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced a partnership with Randstad Global IT Solutions, to design and deploy public cloud marketplaces for IT infrastructure services.
Randstad is a reputed HR services provider, with more than 4,600 locations across 39 countries and more than EUR 19 billion in revenues globally.
As part of its IT transformation strategy, Randstad wants to improve its current IT Infrastructure operations through assets and vendor optimization, process standardization, automation and deriving economies of scale.
Bernardo Payet, General Manager of Randstad Global IT Solutions said: “Today the disruptive influences of digital technology are providing us with more opportunities to capitalize in our markets. We decided to centralize responsibility for all IT Infrastructure into the new Global IT Shared Service Center (SSC). In turn the IT SSC was looking for partners to transform the landscape over time, to a fully cloud enabled Future Mode of Operations.”
The engagement with TCS will enable Randstad to boost the agility and scalability of its global IT services, as well as drive efficiencies.
