PepsiCo has entered a multi-year strategic agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to advance its global digital transformation.

AWS, the #1 Cloud service provider, did not reveal the size of the Cloud deal with PepsiCo. By leveraging AWS infrastructure and services, PepsiCo aims to boost AI-driven innovation, enhance its supply chain and go-to-market strategies, and deliver more personalized consumer experiences across its global operations.
PepsiCo said it is advancing its digital transformation through a strategic collaboration with AWS, aiming to enhance its cloud-first strategy and achieve greater agility, intelligence, and scalability across its global operations.
Athina Kanioura, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at PepsiCo, emphasized the importance of this partnership in reinforcing the company’s cloud strategy. The collaboration involves AWS Professional Services working with PepsiCo on several initiatives, including cloud migration and IT modernization, enabling the company to efficiently develop, test, and implement new technologies.
Additionally, AWS has integrated its Amazon Bedrock with PepsiCo’s generative AI platform, PepGenX, expanding the capabilities for PepsiCo’s developers to build applications and leverage strategic AI use cases.
The partnership also focuses on enhancing consumer engagement by providing real-time insights into advertising performance, audience segmentation, and targeted marketing, ultimately enabling more personalized consumer experiences.
Furthermore, AWS is supporting PepsiCo in exploring digital supply chain capabilities, such as predictive maintenance for manufacturing and logistics operations, to increase operational efficiencies across its global manufacturing and distribution facilities.
