Oracle to buy Maxymiser to boost Marketing Cloud biz

Oracle
Enterprise IT vendor Oracle announced its deal to acquire Maxymiser, a provider of cloud-based software for marketers.

The Maxymiser software enables marketers to test, target and personalize what a customer sees on a Web page or mobile app, increasing engagement and revenue. Maxymiser optimizes more than 20 billion customer experiences per month, while increasing both ROI and loyalty based on optimized customer experiences. It works with brands such as Allianz, HSBC, Lufthansa, Tommy Hilfiger and Wyndham.

Oracle aims to add Maxymiser software to Oracle Marketing Cloud to strengthen its portfolios to manage marketing programs across all digital channels and across the customer lifecycle. Early this week, Oracle announced the new version of Marketing Cloud.

Thomas Kurian, president, Product Development, Oracle, said: “Together with Maxymiser, Oracle Marketing Cloud enables enterprises to stop guessing and start delivering what customers want across all digital channels and devices.”
