Oracle Health Sciences has introduced a cloud version of Oracle Health Sciences Safety Suite 8.0.
With this move, Oracle targets medicinal product manufacturers, trial sponsors, contract research organizations and health authorities.
“In the quest for treatments that are both safe and effective, life sciences organizations seek solutions that enable them to automate and improve the accuracy of their end-to-end safety processes,” said Steve Rosenberg, vice president and general manager, Oracle Health Sciences.
The Oracle solution provides drug safety management, which includes case management/ reporting, business analytics/intelligence, and signal detection/management — all from a single, integrated, cloud-based platform.
The platform accelerates processes and improves accuracy while reducing costs and risk. The cloud solution speeds deployment and eliminates the need for additional, on-site, hardware investment.
The Oracle Health Sciences Safety Suite 8.0 includes Oracle’s safety solutions, spanning the Oracle Argus and Oracle Health Sciences Empirica applications.
