The tech deal reflects FFC’s vision of modernizing its operations and delivering a frictionless visitor experience across match days, dining, and events. Oracle’s solutions will support everything from fast, contactless payments at stadium concessions to elevated, table-side service at upscale restaurants along the riverside. Oracle Cloud did not reveal the size of the tech deal.

“From match day experiences, to laid-back, stylish places to gather, we are excited to provide our fans and guests with a seamless, modern ordering and payments experience that reduces queues and enables visitors to spend more time immersing themselves in the exciting atmosphere and activities throughout our venue,” Darren Preston, chief operating officer, Fulham Football Club, said.

The integration of Oracle’s technology will bring real-time analytics to the club, offering visibility into consumer behavior, inventory, and operations. These insights will empower FFC to manage demand better, reduce costs, minimize waste, and offer dynamic promotions — enhancing both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Oracle’s flexible tech stack, including Workstation 8 and Kitchen Display Systems, will streamline order fulfillment and reduce service bottlenecks. For fans and visitors, this means shorter queues, faster service, and a seamless digital payment experience.

Fulham’s tech deals

Fulham has deepened its collaboration with Kitman Labs by rolling out Intelligence Platform across its men’s and women’s senior teams. This unified system integrates medical, performance, coaching, and talent development data to support health monitoring, athletic optimization, and holistic decision-making across the entire club.

The club has partnered with Acronis (via EveryCloud) to implement a robust cyber protection and cloud backup solution. This infrastructure secures over 21 TB of data across around 600 Microsoft 365 seats and virtual machines, safeguarding operational continuity and allowing staff to focus on their roles without fear of data loss.

To enhance connectivity between key facilities — Craven Cottage, Motspur Park, and their ticketing partner — Fulham engaged Exponential‑e to deploy a high‑bandwidth, Layer 2 VPLS WAN network. This upgrade provides tenfold capacity, centralized failover, and a secure layered firewall design, improving resilience for everything from VMware and CCTV to guest Wi‑Fi.

Fulham also extended its multi‑year agreement with Jonas Sports, using their omni‑channel retail platform since 2014 to drive and streamline merchandising across online and matchday operations.
