OA Technologies raises $66 million

OA Technologies has raised $66 million from Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV).

The cloud-based field service management software solution provider will utilize the proceedings to fund its global expansion.

TOA Technologies raised $35 million in previous funding from Draper Triangle Ventures, Early Stage Partners, Intel Capital and Sutter Hill Ventures.

TOA Technologies’ mobile field service delivery solution called ETAdirect leverages cloud, mobile, social and context-aware technologies, as well as the predictive and actionable information.

“Field service has become a strategic component of every service business. As a result, organizations worldwide are rethinking the technology they use to run their mobile operations,” said Yuval Brisker, co-founder and CEO of TOA Technologies.

TOA Technologies’ cumulative annual contract value increased 444 percent from 2008 to 2012. The company doubled the number of new customers from 2011 to 2012.
