NYDJ, a denim and apparel brand for women, has selected Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud to grow its direct-to-consumer online channels.
Prior to Salesforce, NYDJ used point solutions for ecommerce and marketing that siloed customer data and lacked the analytics to improve engagement across every touchpoint.
Investment in Salesforce Commerce Cloud will enable NYDJ’s IT team to offer campaigns, offers and recommendations based on information such as browsing history, past purchases to users on the web, smartphone or social media.
Deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud will support NYDJ’s engineers to deliver the right messages at the right time to shoppers via their preferred communication channels.
