Monte Carlo selects Salesforce to enhance customer engagement

Monte Carlo, a leading fashion brand in India, has selected Salesforce, the #1 CRM, to transform its customer engagement initiatives.

Monte Carlo’s online sales represent 7.95 percent of its total sales. Monte Carlo has its own website to sell its fashion products. In addition, Monte Carlo products are available on leading e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Amazon.in, PayTM, LimeRoad.com, SnapDeal, Tata Cliq and N Fashion in India.

Monte Carlo does not reveal its technology investment.

Monte Carlo, which generated sales of INR 151.4 million through own website in financial year 2024, said it will accelerate transformation from a winter-wear icon to a beloved brand in India’s dynamic fashion market.

Monte Carlo, which generated total sales of INR 14,163 million in financial year 2024, has used Salesforce Data Cloud to create a single, unified view of every customer. Monte Carlo aims to drive efficiencies across all communication channels.

Monte Carlo will be using Salesforce Service Cloud for delivering better experience for customers during and after the sale. Monte Carlo is also implementing a personalised loyalty solution to further enhance customer loyalty.
