Microsoft Azure Cloud to power Monjin video interview network

Microsoft Azure Cloud for CIOsMicrosoft Azure Cloud will be powering Monjin, a technology solutions provider, to build a video interviewer’s network to connect candidates with potential employers.

The video platform allows the candidates to utilize the power of digital interviewing to reach hiring companies faster and showcase themselves better in order to get jobs.

Monjin is using Microsoft Azure Cloud for building the world’s first video platform for creating a global assessment standard for both interviewers and candidates.

“Microsoft continues to bring innovation to the fore by offering unmatched choice and flexibility in the cloud today,” said Rajiv Sodhi, commercial partner leader, Microsoft India.

Monjin tech platform allows candidates to opt for a one-way video interview. Monjin’s panelists will analyze the interview and Monjin will send a thorough report on the performance that covers many factors including body language, soft skills, technical expertise, and more.

The benefits of signing-up with Monjin are three-pronged. The candidates will have full ownership of their video-asset which will be maintained and enlisted in Monjin’s talent pool, hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Second, the thorough feedback from industry veterans enable them to tweak their videos and work on their weak points. Third, the assessment of these video-profiles amplifies the candidates’ chances of being noticed, thus enabling better career prospects outside the university campus.

One-way video interview allows candidates to unlock their full potential and help candidates elevate their profile in front of numerous companies.

“We are committed to help organisations in the country transform by offering them solutions that will ease out their operations and increase productivity. We are delighted to partner with Microsoft in its mission of empowering organizations through digital transformation,” said Abhijit Kashyape, managing partner, Monjin Corporation.
