Infor has launched Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management to save time and money.
The cloud company has launched Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management 3.5 to help organizations simplify and enhance the billing and receivable process.
Infor Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management 3.5 is an electronic, flexible, rules based and workflow engine for revenue cycle management and patient billing.
The new version is available as a cloud based solution and improves accuracy, simplify billing process and reduce manual intervention.
The cloud company said it is designed to be HIPAA-compliant and includes encryption, application monitoring and audit controls.
A multi-site hospital, reference laboratories, physician billing organizations, and healthcare specialty providers uses the new version.
In addition, it allows for customized patient statements and invoices, split billing to multiple payers, and automated collection processes.
Infor Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management is set up to handle multiple diagnostic code sets to ease the transition from ICD-9 to ICD-10 coding without interruptions in billings and cash flow.
“Infor’s HRCM product provided full accounts receivable functionality and has proven to be an excellent software solution for DaVita Labs’ unique industry requirements,” said Jason Cline, vice president and general manager, DaVita Labs.
Infor has also announced success of its healthcare division.
Infor has seen over a fivefold increase in its SaaS healthcare solutions bookings over the prior year eight month period.
Infor expanded its relationship with more than 200 healthcare organizations with Infor Lawson Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, Infor Human Capital Management (HCM), Infor Cloverleaf, Infor cloud-based Health Information Exchange, and Infor Revenue Cycle Management.
Company said, Its UpgradeX Program has also contributed to success as it provides organizations with a clear, simple path for upgrading or migrating to Infor Lawson 10x on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and all the components required for the move to the cloud.
Other applications specialized for healthcare addressing quality and safety needs include Infor Clinical Operation solutions, such as the Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite.
Last month, Infor announced its latest Cloud solutions — Hospitality Management Solution 3.7.1 for hospitality customers, Implementation Accelerator for Chemicals for chemical manufacturing companies and Public Sector Suite 8.4 for public utility organizations.
