ICT solutions and services provider Dimension Data announced that it is working with NTT DATA to reduce the latter’s operational costs and increase efficiency of corporate backup system.
In order to meet the requirement, NTT DATA will make use of Dimension Data’s Managed Cloud Platform (MCP).
In a press statement, the company said Dimension Data MCP is designed to address enterprise concerns around cloud technology by delivering low-latency access to secure, reliable, enterprise class public, private and hosted private cloud services.
The MCP enabled NTT DATA to switch to Dimension Data MCP that could offer flexible and extensive system auditing to ensure all of its critical data is handled securely.
“With the adoption of cloud environments becoming a top priority among enterprise IT decision makers, many are still concerned about the levels of security provided by public cloud services, particularly in the handling of personal or sensitive data,” Dimension Data said.
With Dimension Data MCP in place, NTT DATA will be able to benefit from a highly secure platform that brings together a range of service from public and private providers to reduce costs and speed up delivery times.
