Indian phone brand Celkon Mobiles has implemented an innovation platform — developed on SAP Cloud Platform — for managing its distribution network.
The company’s objective was to mitigate high costs and improve efficiencies in its supply chain process and channel systems.
Celkon Mobiles has implemented the solution across Celkon’s more than 700 channel partners and employees.

SAP’s Canadian partner 2iSolutions Consulting Services has created the platform, consisting of applications to streamline processes in Celkon Mobiles’s supply chain and distribution network.

Celkon, which has Global Operations Centre located in Shenzhen, China, has over 800 service centers spread across India and a dedicated Tier 3 repair center in Hyderabad, Delhi and Bangalore.
