Capital Energy taps Google Cloud to boost data retention and analytics

Capital Energy, a leading renewable energy group in Spain, announced a five-year tech contract with Google Cloud to boost its data retention and analytics capacity.

The partnership with the world’s third largest Cloud service provider will enable Capital Energy to harness data from thousands of sensors on its wind turbines and solar panels to extend the life of its assets, lower costs and increase revenue. It should also lower the risk of cyber security breaches.
