Barry Callebaut CIO Steven Vandamme on Capgemini

Google G Suite for businessTechnology outsourcing giant Capgemini has supported chocolate and cocoa products company Barry Callebaut to maximize the value of Google’s G Suite in more than 30 countries.

Capgemini has provided strategic, technical, and change management services to Barry Callebaut’s 10,000 team members during the one year migration project.

Barry Callebaut has benefited from real-time communication, document control and the ability to work together seamlessly as one team in order to meet customer needs.

“We chose to work with Capgemini because of their experience and comprehensive approach to a global roll-out. Capgemini has a uniquely collaborative change management style, extensive project experience and end-to-end expertise for every stage in the implementation process,” said Barry Callebaut CIO Steven Vandamme.

Peter Boone, chief innovation officer (CIO) at Barry Callebaut said the company can now really build on each others’ thoughts and this has also improved the levels of service and the kinds of products it offers to customers.
