Nscale deploys GPU infrastructure for Microsoft data center
Nscale announced deployment of more than 66,000 NVIDIA GPUs in collaboration with Microsoft and Start Campus at the SINES Data Campus in Portugal. The deployment expands AI compute infrastructure and includes investment in power capacity and advanced cooling systems. The facility is designed to support high-performance AI workloads for enterprise and cloud customers. It integrates renewable energy solutions to improve operational efficiency. This deployment strengthens large-scale data center capabilities and supports growing demand for AI processing infrastructure. It reflects increasing investment in hyperscale computing environments to enable advanced AI model training and deployment across global markets.
Silicom enables AI inference infrastructure deployment
Silicom announced that an AI infrastructure provider selected its inference-optimized hardware solution for deployment in a proof-of-concept targeting Tier-1 hyperscalers. The solution uses FPGA-based architectures designed to improve AI inference performance and reduce latency. Initial deployment includes early-stage orders, with plans to scale to tens of thousands of units following validation. The technology is designed for cloud, data center, and edge environments. This deployment reflects industry focus on specialized hardware for AI inference workloads, supporting efficient and scalable processing across enterprise and hyperscale infrastructure environments.
Cognizant to Modernize JG Summit IT Operations with ServiceNow AI Platform
Cognizant has secured a ServiceNow implementation and managed services engagement with JG Summit Holdings to support the Philippine conglomerate’s IT modernization strategy. JG Summit, which operates businesses across consumer foods, aviation, and real estate, aims to simplify complex IT operations through the unified ServiceNow AI Platform. Under the project, Cognizant will deploy ServiceNow IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management capabilities to automate IT workflows, improve user experience, and strengthen governance. The engagement also includes Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management solutions to enhance asset visibility, license compliance, audit readiness, and cost control, while creating a centralized IT asset repository and structured project management framework.
