SGS Collaborates with Exterra Technologies

SGS, the world’s leading testing, inspection, and certification provider, announced a strategic collaboration with Exterra Technologies to deploy advanced technologies for critical minerals processing in North America. Unveiled at PDAC 2026, the partnership combines SGS’s global infrastructure and quality assurance expertise with Exterra’s innovative mineral processing technologies to enhance efficiency, reduce environmental footprints, and support sustainable supply chains for essential materials used in clean energy and digital infrastructure. The collaboration aims to strengthen domestic processing capacity while accelerating tech innovation and sustainability in mineral production.

Odine Partners with Everpure

Odine, a technology integrator focused on cloud, data, and AI transformation, signed a strategic cooperation MOU with Everpure at Mobile World Congress 2026. This partnership will jointly assess and pursue opportunities in AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, cloud-native solutions, and large-scale data management implementations across public and private sectors. Combined expertise in resilient data platforms and systems integration positions the collaboration to support scalable digital transformation projects. The structured cooperation also sets the stage for future deployment agreements, expanding tech ecosystems across Türkiye and the wider EMEA region.

OneStep Partners with Protonics

OneStep and Protonics announced a strategic partnership to create an integrated intelligent movement ecosystem. The collaboration links OneStep’s clinical-grade smartphone motion analysis platform with Protonics’ patented neuromuscular correction technology to enable an end-to-end “assess-and-correct” system. By combining objective motion data capture using built-in sensors with targeted corrective loading tech, the partnership aims to deploy technology that helps users identify dysfunctional movement patterns and apply therapeutics at home or in clinical settings. This tech deployment enhances accessibility to personalized motion diagnostics and corrective guidance.
