HCLTech Partners with The Standard
HCLTech and The Standard announced an expanded partnership to accelerate an AI-led transformation and deliver digital-first services. HCLTech, with over 223,000 employees in 60 countries and $13.8 billion in revenue for the 12 months ending March 2025, will support The Standard, a company in operation since 1906, in transitioning to an IT products and services operating model. The collaboration involves deploying AI-driven infrastructure, applications, cloud services, and GenAI transformation through HCLTech’s AI Force platform. A Joint Innovation Council and Digital Experience Office will be established to coordinate efforts and improve service delivery. FiberStar Selects Incognito Software Systems
FiberStar, a fiber operator in Indonesia, selected Incognito Software Systems to deploy its Digital Experience Solution for multi-vendor device management and Wi-Fi performance monitoring, using TR-069 standards to streamline Optical Network Terminal provisioning, firmware updates, diagnostics, network-wide monitoring, and alerts. The deployment was completed within weeks through collaboration with PT Multipolar Technology, enabling real-time visibility into in-home Wi-Fi performance, remote diagnostics, automated troubleshooting, and configuration updates. Strategy includes improving service activation, performance management, and issue resolution. Investment covers platform deployment, device orchestration tools, and integration services.
